ORDERING & SHIPPING POLICIES
Replacement parts are usually available from your dealer. Because of immediate availability and convenience, it is advisable to order replacement parts from an authorized dealer. If replacement parts are not available from a dealer or you do not have a dealer in your area, they may be ordered directly from the factory at 1-800-643-7332. Please have your part numbers available when you call.
To identify the part(s) you need, please refer to your Owner's Manual SUPPLEMENT illustrated parts list that came with your vehicle. If you do not have the Owner's Manual SUPPLEMENT, you must obtain the Model Number from the model/serial number plate located on the floor pan of the kart (in front of or just under the seat) or behind the seat cushion of your vehicle. Then refer to the appropriate Illustrated Parts List on this website. If you cannot locate your model number, refer to the Model List on the Illustrated Parts list menu.
After reviewing the Illustrated Parts List and/or Model List and you still cannot determine your model, you may email photographs - front/back/side to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact the American SportWorks Customer Service Department for assistance. We only carry and supply parts for products manufactured by American SportWorks.
Our goal is to have orders shipped within two business days (48 hours) of the receipt of the order. Regular delivery is via UPS Ground. Special delivery via UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air or Third Day Select is available for an additional fee. Special same day delivery exceptions may be available and shipped the same business day, if received by 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time, otherwise they will ship the next business day.
All orders must meet a minimum charge of $10.00 or the difference will be added. All retail sales also have a minimum $12.00 shipping & handling fee. (some parts due to their size and weight willl require additional shipping fees that will be explained at time of order).
All retail sales are normally shipped UPS or Priority Mail. We accept payment by Visa, M/C, Discover, money order or cashiers check.
Items temporarily out of stock are automatically backordered and shipped when available unless YOU indicate NO BACKORDERS.
Call and request a RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION (RMA). Please have the original order information when requesting a return. Packages will not be accepted that do not have Return Material Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package. A restocking fee will not be charged if merchandise is determined to be defective or if there has been an error on our part. RETURNS MUST BE IN NEW, RESALEABLE CONDITION. Returns in any other condition will be charged a restocking fee of 15%. Damaged, used, or obsolete parts will not be accepted. Items that you ordered in error will also be charged a 15% restocking fee. RMA's are only valid for 30 days.
Due to the volume of orders we receive on a daily basis, we are unable to confirm parts orders, at this time.
Warranty Parts (Dealers Only)
If you are servicing a unit that is covered under warranty, please call us directly with the model and serial number of the unit. We will send out replacement parts to you at no charge. Please fill out our warranty claim form or other approved form. All claims must have the model & serial # and the purchase date of the unit serviced. Please make sure that you give a detailed explanation of the work you performed. Please contact us for more Warranty Claim Forms.
We believe the contents and descriptions in this price list are correct. Missing part numbers indicate parts that are no longer available. We assume no liability for any errors in part numbers, descriptions, prices or colors without notice and without further obligation.
HINTS & SUGGESTIONS (Dealers Only)
Each of your accounts is assigned a specific Customer Number. Please reference your American SportWorks Customer number when ordering parts or when mailing your payment. Dealers with open accounts may e-mail their orders to email@example.com , or fax them to 1-800-399-1399. Invoices will reflect dealer pricing.
